Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Fast-Paced Checkout: Lead the front-of-house operations by processing guest transactions swiftly and accurately using our modern Point of Sale (POS) registers.
• Guest Solutions: Utilize rigorous training to respond to guest inquiries at the Guest Services desk, processing returns, exchanges, and order pickups with empathy and professionalism.
• Front of Store Maintenance: Keep the checkout lanes immaculate. Restock bags, collect stray shopping carts, and ensure the entrance is always clean, safe, and ready for business.
• Drive Up Operations: Assist the fulfillment team by running pre-packaged online orders out to guest vehicles in our designated Drive Up zones.
